Research Agenda

My work focuses on applied econometrics, principally quasi-experimental designs, to estimate the effects of health interventions. I specialize in policy evaluation methods that deliver credible estimation and inference when standard assumptions are hard to justify. A central theme of my research concerns how early-life and environmental exposures influence population health, longevity, educational attainment, and labour-market outcomes.
